Today will be a day of catching up on things. What kind of things? Well, laundry and cleaning, of course! And more importantly Tate's birthday invitations need to be mailed today. Actually they should have been mailed a few days ago. However, it's summer and we've been swimming and playing ball and time has slipped away from me. In order to spend quality time with the kids while the laundry and cleaning is being done, I'm going to try to make games out of everything. Who knows. We may say, "Just forget it...Let's go to the park for a picnic!"
An update on the ball tournament - Tate's team lost on Tuesday night. The other team had several boys that had played last year and a few that had played for two years.
Lake's team has a game tonight. If they win they will play the final game tomorrow night. And then we have a break from baseball for a few weeks. Summer ball will start in July and only last about five weeks. It's very relaxed. It's mainly to give the boys practice as they move up from t-ball to machine pitch ball. It's also good for those boys that just love baseball!
