We went to visit a very sweet lady from our church last night after dinner. Ms. V's Christmas cards were all personalized with a note inviting folks over for mulled cider. Well, there is just something about her that draws me to her. I can't put my finger on what it is other than that she's just a really sweet, sincere person. Anyway, we took homemade chocoloate chip cookies and brownies to her and had mulled cider with peppermint sticks. The kids really seem to enjoy being with her, too.
Only two more sleeps until Christmas....the kids are anxiously (NOT patiently!) waiting!
