As I have suspected for quite some time, there is a little red haired girl in Tate's class that 'regards him with wonder.' When he arrived at school yesterday morning, he found a gift bag on his desk with this in it:

Lake told him that if he kept the toy, he had to put a check mark in the 'yes' box. Tate wants to keep the toy and be her friend. However, I noticed that after he left for school this morning, the note is still in the kitchen and both boxes are empty.
