We went to the farm to visit Grandma on Saturday. We took a watermelon with us. If I understand John Henry correctly, Genius gave us this watermelon that is the size of a small horse. I should have taken a picture before we cut into it.
I took the kids outside to sit on the bridge - It made for much easier clean-up!
I think they enjoyed it! They even tried to spit the seeds. The boys were successful at spitting. The girls, well, they need to practice. Daisy would spit most of the watermelon out with her seed.
The weather was beautiful. We spent a fair amount of time outside. It was just too nice to be inside!
